For over twelve years, chef Bart de Bree has headed his ambitious kitchen team. He knows exactly what he wants. Bart de Bree: “A good meal starts with a product of exquisite quality. We apply a high quality norm and impose strict standards on the products. For example, they should preferably be Dutch products. And many of the dishes on the menu come from Zeeland.”

You can order à la carte or choose one of the set menus, with or without wine suggestions. If the weather is fine, you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the bustling terrace surrounded by nature.
